PACT Inc. SR Gold triggers

Guys I wanted to try one of these triggers out on my LMT due to what rave feedback they have been getting so I looked into order one. They have been out of stock everywhere so I noticed you can order direct from PACT. Called them up and placed an order on March 27. The not-so-friendly gentleman I spoke to told me that It would be 10 days before they could ship due to it having to be made. Fine with me...

10 days came and went, heard nothing, no emails... I called them back up and was told it would be the next week. That was last week.

Called them up today and the dude tells me that they tried running my card Friday, but my debit declined payment so they skipped over me and shipped to the next guy in line. I didnt get a call or an email.. Just skipped. I told the guy my bank frequently does this as a safety measure and would he try again or use my CC. He said "if you want, ill try running again in a day or two." A day or two...

I am so far, very unsatisfied with the level of service from PACT Inc. If their customer service is representative of their triggers, then I advise to stay away from these. OR order when they are in stock elsewhere.

Should have gone Geissele DMR. If its not here this week, then I will.

Just try to get them to repair any of their electronics.

At one point, they were actually undercutting the price of the trigger that their vendors (Brownell's) charged.

Buddy ordered one, told 10 days. 4 months later after numerous unanswered emails and unreturned phone calls to cancel the order it shows up. He declined it and they gave run around about refund. Stick with Geissele.

Triggers must be damn good otherwise I dont see how a business like this can stay in business.

I haven't had the opportunity to shoot a rifle with an SR Gold Trigger, but I've tried the AR Gold (.223 version) and it works great. The <span style="font-style: italic">reverse two-stage</span> sounds weird and counter-intuitive but it works really well in operation, and the short, positive, reset is really sweet.

Trigger arrived today. Just over a month. It is a very nice trigger. I had to keep bugging Pact to get it but its here and definitely works in an LMT MWS.

I had a similar experience. They are a small operation local to me. Waited a month. Trigger works awesome though.

PACT sucks -

their customer service is horrible, they are rude on the phone.
when i asked for service of the pact dispenser/scale unit, because it wouldn't work right with Ramshot TAC powder, they rude man on the phone said, "quit using that powder"... hard to do when you have 16 pounds of it, and THAT'S MY LOAD

and to top it off they are anti God and proud of it

I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PACT PRODUCT
