Looks like there could be some turmoil with 'Black rifles' once PedoJoe gets in, if he does. What are the parts of an AR15 that you MUST have replacements for?

Ejector spring (there’s a spare in your pistol grip that drives the selector detent in TDP guns)
    Extractor spring
    Action spring
    Gas rings
    Carrier key fasteners
Gas tubes (flange gets worn out, causes short-stroking)
    Bolts
    Firing pins
    Cam pins
Gas tube roll pin for replacement
    Hammers
    Hammer springs
    Disconnectors
    Disconnector springs
    Hammer pins
    Barrels

You see it more in compressed high volume.

Cheap uppers will sometimes wear out at the charge handle latch recess, causing charge handle nose-slap.

My go-to spare is an extra complete rifle or three. Can’t buy just one🐲

This is a philosophy I can get behind. I think I have some kind of an AR disease. Every time I get an extra part, it ends up turning into a complete rifle. And then I’m out of extra parts again. It’s a vicious cycle.

Yup. By the time you finish getting all the spare parts you need, might as well put them all together into a new rifle.

I would say if you wanted to keep it simple, get a spare BCG and LPK (with trigger). You can go down the rabbit hole thinking through everything that might break, but at that point just get another rifle.

Anyone needing a bcg, this is a fair deal.
