May be relegated to money orders. Which sucks because some won't take them, or don't say they will but do in fact take them. I'm one of those, it's annoying because you wait for the check, then need to cash it usually at a bank and wait for it to clear all before you mail the item.

Just talked to them. They went thru my history and saw my brother in law made me 3 payments that he owed me money on. He stated "final payment for m4" guy in phone said in notes I was selling weapons and I sold a m4 carbine. Lol. It was a typo on brother in laws part. I asked how do you know it was a m4 carbine? Response was they assumed. Pretty sure he typed "me" .

They also said my Ebay ID was shopping for knives and gun parts. Translated as me looking at knives and trying to find Mags for Desert Tech .338.

The post office can verify a postal money order on the spot. On e they say it is good, hand them the package to ship. Done.

Ive used PayPal fro years never had anyproblem. They have even stuck up for me on one occasion and got me a refund. Its like anything else, theyve got rules and if you break the rules you pay pal the price

Yeah. He had me send it ff. But the guy read the notes regarding the decision. It stated nothing about ff.
It's all good, as long as he got ass raped as well. I'm happy. I havent used PP in quite some time anyway and was breaking away from them. So, problem solved.
The other problem with eBay and PP for sellers is when there is a dispute, they side with buyers. A buyer can claim that you sent them a brick instead of the product, (while really keeping the product that you sent) and eBay and PP will reverse the payment.

I sell a lot on here and other sites. I accept USPS and PPFF only. I have accepted goods and services a couple times but I haven’t accepted it in a while. I have lots of feedback here and on AKfiles even considering that less than half of the guys I have sold to actually bother to take the 2minutes to leave feedback. If this isn’t enough for guys to feel comfortable sending me money then i guess we can’t make a deal.
It doesnt always work out for the buyers. I have a friend who got screwed on car parts. I read the ebay posting, and nothing was said about the parts being useless..
Seller told my friend to pound sand, so he went the route of paypal to try and get his money back. They denied saying he got what was listed.

So when PayPal told me they researched my Ebay shopping history. They likely flagged me there as well. Guy told me at PayPal that I was shopping dor knife and fire arm related parts when I asked why my PP was suspended.
Turns out both are headquarters in San Jose, Ca. Coinkydink..

I have ONLY used personal checks and paper money orders my whole life during FTF financial transactions. And I have sold many guns and even more services for guns. Everything can be arranged electronically. But when it is payment time, mailing address and envelopes only. I don't do that newfangled cashless thing, or microchips in foreheads, or whatever...

I have had a balance right at $10,000 at one point. Several grand in there now. It is part of my play money. Looks like I need to keep a smaller balance and request a check every now and again. I wouldn’t even have PP if it weren’t for this site.
