Fieldcraft PDF for Data Book

Does anyone have a PDF or something that has all the common easy formula's needed for UKD shooting that I can print, laminate and put in my range book.

I don't need the formula for corialis affect etc. Just stuff to convert meteres to yards. Mils to distance etc in a easy to read format.
