Ok, Deja Vu ... here we go again ... :)

The "shine" is the flash of the camera, the NODs are powered off. The backpack usually has water bladder, 2 protein bars ... a small first aid kit ... sometimes the foxpro and small tripod ... and other spare "stuff". The helmet also has spare batteries of various flavors and some .45ACP mags with 7rds each as part of the counterweight mass.
The radio comes in handy when out with multiple people as we can spreadout and still whisper. When on all night hunt I carry 3 mags of 25 rds each. What ammo depends on the critter. For hogs, the Barnes 62gr TSX, Black Hills load. For most others the 77gr SMK various loads. I double zero at 50/200 (plus or minus) and have under 2 inches variance between those distances, so can aim center of mass and hit.
The Steiner CQBL-1 laser is useful with the 14 for quick shots, when like a coyote runs in on you when you aren't ready. Which happens surprisingly often. :D

Oh, that is a Colt 5.56(10.3) upper on a Spikes lower.

Kel Tec 223 with Apex XD50

Nothing fancy - but very practical for my environment.
Gun bag has strap and sits nicely on back - can sit with it on bike or boat
Very light and compact unit !!

Haha ... "can" is slang for suppressor ... a.k.a. "silencer" ... that sure looks like a "muffler" upon the front end of your keltec!
    :)

    Ah ha
Yes I have heard of "can" been used.
This is however a suppressor "over barrel" model - the can is usually screwed onto the end and is not a stable option if one was to fall over whilst out and about.

This suppressor is made in NZ by a Gunsmith that was one of the 1st to do them here.
He did my Ranch Rifle Mini14 .223 16 years ago.
I just got him to redo it as the new metal used now is approx. 45% lighter and what a huge difference it is.
They cost here 300-400NZ$$ - including threading barrel.
