Picatinny rail risers

Does anyone have experience with pic rail risers for the purpose of clearing rifle rails without the need for buying a taller set of rings?

I would prefer to swap a vortex razor on multiple different rifles but the 1.26" rings wont clear most AR type rails

Should i just have went with taller rings in the first place? Does the riser mount create more room for torquing issues/ harmonic inconsistencies to occur?

im looking at the leupold mk 1 ims riser at the moment, any feedback appreciated.

i appreciate the heads up.

im concerned that a 22 moa might not be a good idea given the possibility it might end up stacking on a rifle with an existing 20 moa.

Larue and others make nice risers too


The badger is nice if you are coming from a bolt gun with 20moa base and going to a ar with zero moa. Makes for less scope rezeroing
