Pick two calibers

Dat be three.. ?

Dat do be three, but in my house, dat still be two...

Greg

PS, I'm doing my third annual Garand maintenance on the local VFW's eight ceremonial Garands.

First year, complete finish strip and new finish application.

Second year, two more coats of oil finish, and complete re-blueing of all removable metal parts.

This year, removal of stubborn oil gum that's dragging some moving parts down to failure; then cutting down the finish and final polish with #0000 steel wool. Three coats of Tru-Oil (two then #0000 steel wool, and one final coat), finish looks like glass.

Happy, Happy; Joy, Joy...!

If you could only have two bolt action rifles what calibers would you choose? Hunting, competition either way only two calibers what would you pick?

6.5 Creedmoor and 7mm RemMag. Done and done.

Tikka T3x 7mm RemMag on right, RPR 6.5 Creedmoor in the corner of the safe.

And possibly.... the RPR might magically undergo a metamorphosis and transform into a Tikka T3x Tac A1.

.223 and .308. And there is only one color for a knucklehead and that is black.
