Hi all,

Mike from CS tactical/CS gunworks put this scope up for sale last week and posted it here on the hide.See "TWO Very Unique Scopes from Nightforce" here in the optics section.
I had been looking for an appropriate scope for my Armalite M15A4 match for years.

AS soon as I saw this scope I new I had to snag it.It's one of a kind because of the camo anodized finish.Beings that it's a Nightforce might have influenced my decision too.

i love how they anodized everything yet you can still see the numbers because they did them over the finish. Looks like it will hold up well to the elements as well. It would be an injustice to not camo the rest of the rifle.

Nice stick you got there! We had a local paintball place that did ano' jobs similar to that in paintball guns, might wanna check around you may find someone who can do it...

Than 2.5x10 is a great scope and the camo makes it better. I use 4 of them on the hunting/culling rifles and could not be more satisfied. Even though I spray painted mine! I use the Mil-Dot reticule. Shoot them to 1000 yd. Very nice set up. What reticule are you using?

Rob,

Thanks,The rings are 1.375"I got the titanium ultra lights.

rth1800,

I have the new Velocity Ballistic Reticle for holdovers.I'll see how well that works when the weather clears up.I hope I like it otherwise I'll get it changed to something else.

Thanks Ryan,

Thanks Buzzsaw.

Hey Guys,

I went out today and got the new 2.5-10's Velocity Ballistics Reticle sighted in according to NF's instructions on their website. That thing worked great!!! I was impressed!

Sighting in at 182 yards with the 200Y line on the reticle.

After some trial and error tuning I discovered that if I sighted in a 1/4 MOA low at 182Y that I was so close at 300Y and 400Y that I could not discern any error. At 500Y it was a 1/4 MOA high and about a 1/2 MOA high at 600Y.

I was able to use the wind holds of the reticle too. They really helped and were right on the money near as I could tell.

I especially like the zero stops on the elevation and windage knobs.I won't get lost ever again with this scope gun combo.

I'm even more pleased now that I got to play with this scope.I think I made the best decision buying this for my AR.
