PLRF 10 C plus Swaro booster 2x

Some times more magnifications are required, the PLRF has only 6x, with the booster from Swaro I can get 12x

today is my birthday..... and this is my gift

I've used the PVS 14 mount to connect the boster, fit perfectetly.....

If you want to connect also a NV or digital camera you can use a monoloc mount

question, did you have to cut the rubber armor on the 10c so that the tripod plate would pull up straight?

the one in your pic looks alittle different than the link you sent me, did you remove part of the 2x?

yes you have to unscrew one part, the external ring, after you are able to fit the 2x with the NV mount.

I got my PLRF10C a couple of weeks ago. I freakin love it! I'm using it with the Nomad. I was checking out your tripod, would like to know what the model is and where you got it from?

From what few prices I have seen the plrf-10c model is around 6k? is that close?

my was about 5800 euro's with the cable with remote control and RS232 interface to connect PLRF 10 C with Nomad and FFS software

vectronix sells the tripod, they make it for ashbury. I just got one with my plrf today.

I got the SST3-3 part number 903876

Has anyone compared these to the Newcon 4000ci's? they also have a port to hook up to a Nomad. I saw the lower Newcons didn't get any praise but those also say the 4000ci is their best one.

Thanks for the info, I got ahold of Vectronix today. They are sending me a price on the SST3-3 part number 903876 and the data cable with the trigger. I appreciate the info.

Which PVS-14 mount? Seems like there are a few differnet ones out there, e.g. LaRue, TNVC, etc..... Kindly advise. Grazie!

The PVS14D mount you see in the pix above is a MonoLoc ( the light grey colour one ) , it is needed to attach the tact monocular to various kind of scopes

Yes, can you please clarify the specific NV mount that attaches the Swarov doubler to the PLRF unit? Any pictures that you could share showing the attachment procedure, including the modification of the doubler and installment of the adapter to the PLRF would be greatly appreciated!

If I understand correctly, the Monoloc is the light grey piece that can be used to attach NV etc to the other end of the doubler once it has been attached to the PLRF.

Is this the Monoloc that attaches the Swarov. 2x magnifier to the PLRF? It is a 37mm "Monoloc Adapter" but it does not have a knurled knob (tension?) like the one pictured above.

I believe this is the Monoloc (the grey one pictured above) that can be used to attach a NV device to the other end:

The specific NV mount that attach the swaro to the PLRF is made by Vectronix .

Fellas,

Can any of you school me, on getting my Recon to recognize my PLRF-10.

I just picked up the data cable, and have no idea how to get the devices to communicate.

I am running FFS Delta III on Windows Mobile 5.1.195.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
