looking hard at one of the < 1.6K models. but,i see the rogue at 1 in 8 twist. this is correct per web site. what would be the thinking behind that in a short barreled carbine? does anybody have one? experience with the issue? specifically the rogue model is 1/8. all the others are 1/10.

I was told this is to handle heavier hunting rounds. Sad news btw...Frank DeSomma, founder of POF, was killed in a Jeep accident yesterday.
