The demonic possession defense has been used for murders before and is usually not successful (Manson murders, Devil's Rocking chair murder - which Zak Bagans paid 67K for and then removed from his Las Vegas exhibit because "of its effects"). But like EU, with Soros DA's / judges infilitrating the US , there is a good chance he will get off or reduced charges.
