Walking the neighborhood this morning I noticed the few Harris/Walz signs that were put out have quickly disappeared. The Trump stuff is still out there though.
I noticed the same thing. There are a ton of videos out there about how Trump is going to imprison the liberals, LGBTQ types, remove the children from their homes, etc. All of this super cooky stuff no one is going to do. Many are saying to hide your affiliation to the demo agenda and go dark so that their viewers don't get caught in this fantasy round up. There are some really crazy ideas being floated out there. If you read the comments on the videos there are some who sincerely believe this crap. I have yet to see one that says "we lost, let's go back to our jobs and lives". Which is the proper thing for all of us to do, regardless of who we voted for.

Agree, this shit needs to stop. I really would like to know just how many came in; and what portion were legal (0%? - sorry glowie, I know, I'm making an assumption); how many of these votes were straight party tickets and how many had Trump as POTUS. Goes back to what I've said forever....vote in person or don't vote at all, with vetted and certified PHOTO ID, and 3 week ink on thumb. These issues are not hard to solve, it's that the politicians don't want to solve it.
Sure, there are SOME legit cases for absentee; but it needs to be much harder to get one (like Alabama where there are witnesses and notaries to the request). An "influx" may not be allowed to occur. Votes that are not in by the day BEFORE the "in person" election begins do not get counted.. Votes should also be counted before the "in person" election begins, locked down, and secured in a place where it takes multiple keys to enter. Just some suggestions, implementation and details can be worked out; but seems reasonable in my mind.

So many blown opportunities. I believe a majority of their citizens would LOVE to get away from the dictatorship and become more secular. Probably many of them have lost hope in the USA for not helping destabilize the mullahs during the last 2 or 3 major rebellions - at least one of which had a real chance of succeeding.
