So, the Not For Long league needs more diversity, equity and inclusion and its good for the Not For Long league according to the commissioner.
I do have a bit of a problem with it doing good. Especailly when complaints are heard about the lack of enough black this and black that. So lets look at the numbers
57% of the players are of African American descent. 24% are Caucasian. Somehow this does not seem to follow the DEI program where we have equal amounts for ‘everybody’
But let’s look at the REAL complaint.
There are 26 White Coaches and only a pitiful small number of 3 coaches who are African American. Just How wrong and out of line is this?
3 divided by 29 equals over 10%. A disparity for sure but by only 3% of the population norms. If One more black coach was hired, that would be almost 14%. But How many white players would have to be hired to make it “equal?” Pretty well lines up the percentages of the total population. Works for me. IF we HAVE to have equal for everybody, but

DEI, is not merit based. It’s another bunch of foolishness invented by northeaster and south western coastal elites to tear down society in the United States of America.

So, is the NFL commissioner really talking about DEI while really having prospective and current players advance on merit? You be the judge
