you mean in the Caribbean? all i can think of. yea,declined is a good term to use. few out and out failed. Haiti ,which needs fire bombing,comes to mind though. Thanks for posting this. I've learned more about my heritage from this short vid., than I ever did from my parents, or relatives. My parents were the "Quiet Gen." types. Didn't speak much of their lives in N. Carolina, and/or Missouri. Especially, family matters.
Dad was Scot-Irish. Mom was the same, with some Cherokee (possibly her dad??) mixed in.
I am part of one of the original two hillbilly families known in our history of family feuds. You guess which clan.
