Yeah, I don't know first hand either...and what you say sort makes sense until the original premise / purpose - deliver aid / do no harm, do know harm / and killing are jumbled together in a Kamala like word salad.

Moreover keep in mind one of the drivers on this is that they whacked international NGO aid workers - w/out declaring them / retro actively proving them as spies.
