this is,like sheriff Joe,what LE is supposed to be protect and serve. one of the worst shames in our society is the trash walking around with a badge and a gun. there is so much of that that many,like me,consider all LE scum until proven not to be. that doesn't happen often enough to balance the scales.
my rad libertarian brain hates the idea of LE. my practical side knows we need LE,humans being what they are. have no idea how to fix this huge societal dysfunction.

Did you read must last line? I believe it was overturned after their verdict. That does not mean that the 9th Circuit did not push the verdict.

I don’t understand what you’re trying to say. I said the meme is fake news. It clearly is. The 9th circuit did not affirm AZ’s requirement for proof of citizenship. It struck down the law.
You post a link to a NC voter ID case where they are trying to strike down the voter id law using 9th circuit’s logic.
The bottom line is the meme is false. It’s bs.
