I got a drag racing/speeding/ reckless driving / improper mufflers ticket by our resident trooper in 69. I had open headers so the improper muffler charge and everything else was dropped. Hard to have improper mufflers when you have none
I beat the ticket and he messed with me some later on , but he was really laid back.
ASP has a new breed of trooper now. They don’t play nice anymore.
