Totally is in line with the question I asked. It’s either a DNA issue or it is a cultural/parental issue. It was actually rhetorical. There are good people of all races and complete shitbirds across all races as well. Are the more in black communities? The stats seem to bear that out, but why is that? There is something there that is fundamentally wrong. But there is also something fundamentally wrong with the illegals that come over a kill and rape. There is also something wrong with the whites that act in equally offensive ways.
I suspect that it has more than a little to do with shitty parents and a lack of serious discipline from the parents regardless of race. And there is real suspicion in my mind that much of it stems from welfare programs where one can sit on their ass and not learn a single thing about life while collecting a paycheck. The moral rot and a lack of honor is what is killing this country across all races and financial demographics. Is that enough clarification for you?

After your deflection you did not provide stats on the Irish and Germans you mentioned in order to make a direct comparison to the original numbers provided. Doing that would have invalidated your obtuse point.
You rather conveniently failed to answer my question regarding reconciliation between black crime rates in the US and outside the US. IF the issues within the US are purely cultural why do black societies outside the US follow the same trends. Societies in Africa and certain islands? Is your inference that there is a 'universal culture" that blacks in different parts of the world have equilibrated into?
