Kodak had contracts with the US government to digitally transmit pictures from satellites back to earth long before digital cameras were a thing. Their contract did not allow them at the time to sell this tech to us civilians. This is why they fell behind and were limited to film while others started moving to digital photography.
Maybe time to set up OnlyFans.gov as Pay.gov is not cutting it. Maybe add pay per-view body cams , police cruiser uber rides and food delivery ,and add corporate sponsors to goverment fleets
