I have a slightly different perspective on this........
Where has this asshat and his "hawvodd brain trust" been for the past 20 or 30 years ? Doing nothing, that's where.
He and his goons only did this to try and get a little out in front of the story because Bobby Kennedy did all the heavy lifting to break this loose.
Actually, I'm looking forward to him being back and to hearing about him sucking money out of abc/disney for a very, very long time.
He'll get a brief bump in ratings upon his return, but shortly thereafter, he'll be back on the downward spiral. He'll pine for the days when he had 129K viewers.
