Going back nearly ten years in Miami, the mark of the Centner’s kindness and love for helping people and communities can be seen and felt. Through many articles in the Miami Herald alone, you can find the various times that Leila and David stepped in to help the people of Miami. In fact, it was up until 2021 when Leila began to question the Covid-19 vaccine, when the positive reporting turned into unfavorable articles against the Centners. (Although this has not been confirmed, there seem to be no other reasons for this.)

And just like that, I’m a Lions fan…

i think the eagles owner has recently declared no more lgbtq+ promotion as well. (not sure).

"LIMITED TERM CDL"

Every state issues them AFAIK https://www.dps.texas.gov/sites/def.../information_management/tlets/limitedterm.pdf

But a "limited term" of 3 years seems excessive.

TEXAS:
Temporary visitors who meet the requirements will be issued a driver license or ID card with “Limited Term” printed on it. The driver license or ID card will expire when the period of lawful presence expires. If the period of lawful presence is “duration of status” then the driver license or ID card will expire in one year.

Met a lawyer last night. We ranted about section 8 housing.

Friend rents to section 8 in upstate NY. He has to replace the furnace often as the firebox cracks. They run the heater set at 85-90 degrees and use the windows to let in fresh air to cool the home down.

The state pays their utilities.

It's probably why people froze to death in the Texas freeze. They don't have blankets and keep their apartment hot in the winter and cooled in the summer with ac as they don't pay utilities.

What's worse than that - mold!!! In places where they do t get free heat, they run the shower for hours and heat the home with steam from the shower as water and hot water is provided in many apartments by the landlord.

That's my rant
