My sentiment exactly actually. I am sure there are outlying pockets of rural america where maybe a photocopier is miles away from someone. And that someone may not have the means to get there either.

I live in one of the most rural counties in the US. Almost everybody has a printer, and if they don't, they know somebody who does. It's not fucking hard to make a copy of stuff. The local churches will do it for you, and certainly would if it were about voting. The shit is just retarded.
