I've gone 50 plus years and today I read, twice, of people using a condomn as a back up water bladder!

Can't remember ever hearing of such an innovative use for one before, but twice in one day is memorable!

I read a survival artical today by Jeff Randall where he mentioned using one in a sock to protect the thin material from breaking.

4. my S&W J-frame.....tucked inside my pants concealed....(just in case I absolutely can't avoid something....)

Like someone once taught me, keep it real simple but have the means to grow a large garden. That is why I keep my GEORGE (Get Everything Out Rapidly, Go Energetically) pouch attached to my belt at all times.

(Note: I recently added the 'Clapper" to boost moral during long movements.)

Come on guys, bust out the all-time great youtube vid of ultimate warrior dude! A while back someone posted a vid of a strange little dweeb whose daily load-out looked like the entire top shelf of a swap meet survivalist supply center. The dude looked like he lived in his mothers basement and was on a sexual predator (of children) watch list. Kept talking like he was famous for his ability to kill cage fighters with a rolled up magazine. Classic video. Hopefully someone remembers what I'm talking about and can post it.

Anyway, there have been a lot of Arf15-type posts on the hide lately.

I think a bottle of single-malt, some viagra, some condoms, and a credit card with a high limit is about right. The survival kit from <span style="font-style: italic">Dr. Strangelove</span> will do in a pinch.

My father was a 22 year old second lieutenant in the US Army occupying Italy in 1945.

He was getting laid all the time, but could not use all the condoms that were issued.

The condoms were tied in knots and used as rubber bands to tie up the pants legs.

I actually read the book once on a long bus ride. Of of the other Boy Scouts had brought it along. It was entertaining, with funny little anecdotes. Umm... on topic I guess, my daily loadout is basic. Wallet, phone, pen, pencil, Sharpie, car key, lighter, knife, chapstick, and belt. That's about everything I don't carry in my car or pack.

Robin really likes to play dress-up. It appears he lives in my neck of the woods as well, so I'll keep an eye out for him. Me thinks he'll be difficult to miss, with or without the camo.

I work next to a vault with 42 M-16s, 49 M-9s, 50,000 5.56, 6000 9mm and 4000 linked 5.56 and 2000 linked 7.62. I carry a letherman and a knife.

Oh and I have a DPMS LR 7.62 in the truck for Cyotes

Do those airsift guys really take that shit so seriously? that's gotta be the funniest shit I've seen lately.
We almost took out 3 teenage kids at 2:30 AM ish behind a Kmart. The call came in as armed individuals attempting B & E at kmart loading dock. Thank God they were instantly compliant. The ring leader was carrying a real K-bar and said they played army back there all the time. whatever happened to "kick the can?"

I don't leave home without the Guantanamo Bay-onet, or levels, or tape, or impact, or plywood, or that cinder block wall.... I find that a pen is too permanent. I like to undid what I done did, so I carry the trusty pencil.
