Well we can do that but it almost doubles the cost of the cards which really means that we'll only get half as many as we would otherwise.

I like #4 and agree more is better.

Doesn't matter. Whoever is heading this up choose one, get it into production and get rolling. It won't matter which design it is if the cards arrive a day after the bill hits the floor.
