Power Conditioner reccomendations?

Looking for something to run my electronics off of. Not really finding what I want online so far. I see guitar rack mount ones and giant expensive brick style ones. Isnt there a power strip with one built into it?

I use Furman rackmount.
Depending what you are looking to achieve this is enough with well designed modern electronics.
For complete decopling, you can use a massive transformer.

I use a TrippLite conditioner and have been very satisfied. I did some research a few years back and this one came up the most. I also use Ferrite Choke Beads on the power cords. My scales are under florescent lights and we get a lot of power surges/outages here and they have not been affected.
