Just found that there was a prayer request thread. Awesome!

Plz pray for me. I've lost nearly everything. If something doesn't happen, I'm homeless in 6-7 weeks, plus very sick.

Last week I started an emergency fund raiser. I don't know much about how that works, but read that getting the word out about it is key.

Prayers up for me and my wife Heather. On motorcycle I had to swerve to try to avoid tboning a minivan that pulled out in front of me to turn across traffic. Was wearing all motorcycle gear except for pants including full face helmet.

Broke right tibia and fibula. Surgery this afternoon sometime. Our names already in Houston and Layton temples.

Prayers sent and wishing you and your wife a speedy recovery. Make sure you follow your PT after surgery to the letter although it may be painful at times it is the road to a full recovery.

Out of surgery. Went well. Staying in hospital til at least tomorrow. I think 1 rod in tibia and maybe 4 screws. Breaks were clean transverse at same height. Will try to work on xrays tomorrow.

Prayers for Laura please

One of our hospital chaplains, beloved by all staff and patients/families who interact with her.

Took a bad fall and busted her hip in a nasty way.
Healthy 33 yr old.

Had plenty of other life hassles recently too, so this is just a cherry on top…..

Should do very well in the long haul, but major pelvic surgery at 33 and a long recovery road is a lot to handle.
