Further proof molesters and rapists should never see a day of freedom again. Or life, but they won't let us hang them anymore. 
I hope when they find him, justice is served swiftly and severely, whether that little girl is harmed or not. My suspicion, though, is that she’s already dead. I hope I’m wrong.

Prayers aren't my thing Mags, action is, unfortunately I'm now on the opposite side of the country. A simple bump on this one is all I can do at the moment, coastal Carolina, VA Beach, etc, be watching please.

Not sure I can understand rape. At the very least, how does one get and maintain a hard on with a woman crying, saying no, fighting, or all 3?

I have no fucking clue. When my wife was younger and I was beating it up on the regular, it'd get to a point where it was obviously uncomfortable for her, and that pretty much killed it for me, too. Some folks got their heads on bassackwards.

I'm taking it you haven't studied the subject much. If it was hard to do so, real rape would be very rare, since it's not then obviously it's easy to get or maintain the needed plumbing pressure depending on one's state of mind.

Every time you think something would be horrible, if you study hard enough, you'll very often find a group of people specifically wanting that.
For example in Sub Saharan Africa, many of the native types want it dry, dry like the desert & women use powder in/on their reproductive parts before coupling to make sure they are as dry as possible.
(What this causes, along with the lack of circumcision and total backwards ignorance & witch doctor cures, is what makes AIDS spread like wildfire down there).
You are missing the point of my rhetorical statement. The average person, or non-rapist if you may, gets a hard on during a mental state of arousal; namely sexual excitement. Most sexual excitement has a component of being desired. A rapist's mind conflates power and domination with sexual excitement. Take that sick fuck ted bundy for example. There is no reform for pedophiles, it is a fact.
Unlike a rapist that commits the act by force, for power and control, a pedophile is sexually attracted to children in the same manner heterosexuals are attracted to members of the opposite sex and homosexuals are attracted to members of the same sex.
That is their sexual preference.
They should never be released on society.

Society likes to make this big deal of some politically correct age number on sex, such as 21, 18 or 17 or 16 etc, that is where most people get all arguing over and such, but really misses the point of the people you want to watch out for & need to be dealt with.
Most "normal" people have a built in biological preference for their sexual partners to be people that are old enough to be reproducing safely & mentally mature enough for the responsibility.
When somebody specifically is interested in very young children that are obviously nowhere near safe reproductive age, something is really messed up in their heads & quite often it doesn't matter what you do to "cure" them, it is never safe to allow any possible way for them to be near children. This includes dating, marrying, or being friends with adults who have children (probably the worst idea of all as they can then build "trust").
Much the same as it is politically verboten to discuss the different degrees/types of rape but there is an important difference between some person who got drunk / high and didn't stop when their partner decided they wanted to stop and somebody who actively seeks out opportunities to do violent / forceful rape.
In the second case (pretty much guaranteed if they have a history of doing it multiple times, which most do by the time they get caught), no matter how much you try to "reform them", chances are eventually they will try it again, so pretty much they will always be a danger to other humans.
The problem is that to be safe, you have to make sure that people who will never be safe to be around other humans or young children are correctly identified & then it is made sure they will never be able to be a threat again. Society currently lacks the will to have an open discussion on it, as well as take the steps needed to implement it. I think the only solutions would be to either kill them off, or transport them to another planet all by themselves, or have the liberals build a machine to stick them in their own private dimensions.
Not implying there is.
Society in general isn't up to the task of dealing/removing these fucks from the populace.
Only answer in my opinion.

I understand, Red, prayers arent really my thing. I meant it in a more generic way, as in positive thoughts etc. Seeing and holding the thought of the situation resolving in the best manner.
