Did this one on a .308 couple of years ago, which I ended up selling to a friend of mine.... looks odd in house but outside worked real well...

Rem 5R 308, stock,for now, with my own sponge job, have a SS 12X mil-mil for it,waiting for rings, on top is a Burris 3x9x40 right now. Shot here out the first time out to 300yds with some reloads, not really shooting for groups though just fire forming brass, i thinks she got some potential!!

Exactly. Other manufacturers only provide mounting points, but Steyer and SIG usually deliver the bands as accessories with their tac rifles.
