The glass tubing has arrived today as expected, and my test cuts went well ensuring it should not be a problem to create the hoppers.
I will get those cut over the weekend while printing up replacement bulk dispenser assemblies for the units I currently had ready as parts or assembled so shipments can resume again next week.

Mine came in on Tuesday, but I’m guessing when they were assembling and testing the connectors before sending out one of the receptacles got pulled out of the board along with a pin. Everything else looked great upon arrival and inspection. I emailed them straight away and am awaiting a response. I’m anxious to get it together and try it out.
I also must have been right on the cusp of when they introduced the new bulk hopper system. I got the old system, which is a bummer, but I’ve contacted them regarding the upgrade as well.

My apologies, I did not see any email from you initially until I went through again today and checked in the spam folder. For some reason it would appear that I had 8 legitimate emails from interested parties that my provider had incorrectly filtered as spam. I'm not sure why exactly that occurred, but I will make sure to check on that more frequently going forwards.
For others in that same position of not having heard back from me, I will be responding to all of you today and I apologize for the delay in communications!
I have one of the first available batch’s. This week I loaded some arcomp, and some h4895 it worked great. Not sure if them kernals are bigger same or smaller then varget but it worked well. I’m really thinking of trying 6.5srable with the couple mods like was posted up above. I shoot that powder in my 22-250 for varmints and it’s really fast and accurate with a 60g tmk.
I just loaded 60 rounds with ram shot grand today and had 1 jam in the bulk hopper that needed me to clean off. Otherwise it ran pretty good. The mods are a must to use ball powders.
Some tips and tricks, I keep a powder scooper handy to refill the fine trickler.
Also using a wide mouth funnel as the hopper tube makes it easy to pour in powder, and I can scoop powder from it to fill the fine trickler.
Don’t let the fine trickler empty out as it messes with the software autolearning/autoadjust feature.
And keep a Paint brush handy to clear off spills.
Well I was just playing with it I know some guys were asking about n570 and n565. So I run n565 with the retumbo disk kept getting overthrows. So I emptied the trickler out the varget disk in and that seemed to work pretty good got rid of the overthrows out of the 20 or so I did. So back to n570 that worked just fine with the retumbo disk. No over throws in the 10-20 rounds I threw. I firurged out the emptying it better now after reading through this thread. I was trying to pour the powder out the hopper into the jug/funnel instead of just out of the bulk dispenser I don’t know why I didn’t think of that. Anyways I’m still happy with it.
