* I like the front strap texturing.
* The rounding of the magwell/MSH is fantastic!
* I'm very fond of the smooth recoil spring plug!
* I like your way of making the barrel flush with the barrel bushing.
* I think the way you've had the lines meet at the front of slide/receiver with the "U" shape is very unique.
Here is a question I would ask of you and many other 1911 makers - whey all the work in making so much of the pistol black, but leaving the trigger silver-colored aluminum? I'm surprised more people don't make them black? By *NO MEANS* is this a negative towards you! Just curious is all.
Very slick piece. I like the Ball cuts into the frame treatment. I like the pattern chosen for the MGG and front strap. The blending of the magwel is executed quite nicely as well. Love the flush slide stop too. Very very nice piece my friend.
I just went to your FB page and see your utilizing a Caspian Recon frame. I know lol...the name should've given me a hint!!! Great build!!!
All depends on taste. The color of this one is more grey than black believe it or not. I just thought for color tie in the trigger and barrel hood to be natural.

It has a smooth flow of the lines and blending of the components that speak to me. They essentially tell me that if this were my gun, I would pick it up and it would feel like an extension of my arm.
Normally, I am in the camp of "If you have seen one custom 1911, you have pretty much seen them all", and I have a few in one of my safes.
That being said, this particular model looks particularly well executed.
