Proper Capitalization

In this world of hi-tech, I have noticed that many who send text messages and emails have forgotten the "art" of capitalization. Those of you who fall into this world, please take note of the statement below. I cannot stress strongly enough, grammar is important.

"Capitalization is the difference between helping your Uncle Jack off a horse and helping your uncle jack off a horse."

People these days need lessons on capitalization, spelling, punctuation, possessives, plurals, contractions, heterograps, and verb conjugations. I swear if I see one more person put an apostrope in a verb I will beat you over the head with a grammar book.

I help my unkle jack off horses all the time. He has several and because of his age has a difficult time getting off, so I try to help him get off as often as I can.

But honestly, you are correct. Proper grammar and articulation both suffer greatly now days. I blame text messaging for accelerating the degridation.

You're not kidding! I hate it when people end sentences with prepositions. You know what I'm referring to?
