What rumored ammo EO?

Ammunition + executive order only comes up with the EO that banned importation of Russian ammo by certain Russian persons. Google must not be privy to the right rumor mills. That is, however, a pretty good price on FGMM. If I didn't have a bunch of Lapua cases to reload I would jump on that.
