Public outdoor rifle ranges near Denver?

I'll be out in Denver for a few weeks this summer and was going to bring one of my rifles to do some shooting at higher elevations to see how things differ.. and well, just to get some trigger time in the sun.

Are there any ranges in the Denver/Golden area that are open to the public? A few buddies mentioned that I could shoot on BLM, but I'd prefer an actual range.

Hey John. The colorado rifle club is about 50min from denver. They have a 1000yd range, 550 silouette and shorter ranges. I will take you out on a weekend if you want.
