Night Vision Pulsar battery back wall charger?

I am not hip on the difference in volts, amh, amps and everything.

I have an apex thermal and it has an external battery pack. It came with a car charger. I know the end has to be 2.1mm. It is a lithium battery pack. I am trying to find a wall charging unit that will work.

I have an Apex xd38a unit.. I will check the wall pack for specs as soon as I get a
chance.

Otherwise I know Wig has 1 in his fleet
