I was wondering is it safe to mount a PVS 30 on a spring loaded pellet rifle ? Lots of varmints in the backyard I would love to take out at night. I just don’t want to destroy the optic. Anyone have experience with this?

Excellent reply. Being an accurate, good power, been out for years, quality gun is a wise choice. Many air rifles are integrally suppressed,
My Benjamin marauder is very quiet, more so than a suppressed 22lr
Also my last piece of advice would be run slugs if They fit in your magazine/ airgun. The air force airguns are single shot loaded so I can run long OaL bullets but even so NSA has some great performing .22 &,25 cal slugs for the FX and marauder series of rifles. Pellets are flawed in design from the get go. The Nielsen specialty ammo Slugs shoot flatter and more accurately.
Dude u ROCK ! Love the setup. I know he air gun... always keep an eye out on Pyramidair. I just don’t know if I really want to invest in a PCP set up right now. Maybe down the line that would be fun. I have a nice Beeman R8 that I have owned since I was 15 years old. I just had it refurbished edit shoots like a gem. I have taken out more birds and varmint with that gun than all my others put together!View attachment 7057612This was version 2.0 of my air rifle. A custom air force airguns condor rebarelled / new internals to shoot 85gr HPBT bullets at 1000fps. Working on version 3.0 now. Eventually a pvs24 lr WP will sit on it.
