I've seen a picture on here of this spigot with a tension knob. Is this the "current" version of the spigot or do all of the spigots have this? I've read that there have been several upgrades along the way on the Atlas bipod so I thought there might be more than one version of the spigot. I appreciate your help.

The "current" Atlas spigot mount has the tension knob. I do not believe any of the previous versions do.

Just make sure it is the V2 spigot. That is the current one with the tensioner

If you have an older one without the adjustment you can order the new spigot for 15$ if I recall.

If thats true then I want one. I have been putting a little silicone on the spigot to tighten it up.
