Rifle Scopes Question about Leupold custom shop

I suspect they're backed up right now so I suppose this is a more long term question but here goes.

I have a Leupold Mk 4, 3.510x40, which I love. However its an MOA mildot reticle with MOA turrets. I am trying to standardize everything I own on Mils, but I also love this scope. Would Leupold be able to swap me to a Mil reticle with Mil Turrets or should I just look to sell / trade this scope for a Mil variety?

I suspect they're backed up right now

They've been "backed up" since last summer 2019...Maybe in a couple of years, they'll be back to doing custom retrofits.
