Rifle Scopes Question about Vortex Viper, help me out

I clearly remember somebody told me I can trade in my Vortex Viper if I want to buy a different model from them any time, even if it is a year old? Is it true?

Never heard of this but if it is true I may trade my viper 1-4 in for a razor. If vortex actually does this that's insane, I'd be tempted to buy only from them in the future.

No, they do NOT do this. I have tried...

I think there were very few instances where they did this sort of thing, if the person kept having problems with a new product of theirs.

SWFA has some kind of used scope buy/trade-in program you might try...

It would be crazy for them to let you trade it in at full retail price.
