I have had many rimx actions and the lasering has lined up perfect on all of them but one! The first one I bought back in 2020 s/n 36 always is about an 1/8th turn too much!
I have a bunch of barrels, various brands here that I am going to do prefits with, I know there have been some discrepancies before. Just trying to see when it was a problem. I have serial number 901 here as my shop action to use.

on another note, suggestions on how to offer these, set a lower price and what you see is what you get or spend the time to shoot each one like I would if the actions is here(with pics of groups)and charge accordingly ?
What blanks? I would prob just kick them out and not do threading if they were straight blanks. MTU and M24 would prob be better threaded but they seem to fly off the shelf.

I have two RimX actions. They are 10-15 degrees different. Both are cut for ModX bolt heads, and I cannot swap my barrels because the extractor cuts do not line up.

I think there is more to lose than gain by selling ones that have not been confirmed to meet your quality standards.

I think you are correct; I don't want to send something out that I would want to keep for myself.
What are your serial numbers?

This is an example of what we would ship out, I didn't try to get perfectly steady I just laid the gun up there took 10 quick shots including Cold bore at 50 yards. sk long range

Zermatt never advertised or stated RimX threads timed the same prior to serial# R01505 - R01720 range. They made the change to make sure threads timed from action to action in the above noted range but Ray didnt have an exact serial# but said it was standardized in that range.

So any serial# from at least 1720 and newer all time the same.

Prior to that range, there were a few machine changes, so timing could be different. To be 100% on timing of actions prior to 1720...you'd have to measure the action
