Rifle Scopes question on scope cover

I was wondering how you figure out which butler creek flip up cap goes on your scope? Normally at the store i just try a few and find the ones that fit (lol) but i recently acquired a bushnell 4200 tactical elite 6-24x50 and bi-mart doesnt seem to carry the right size so frankly im lost! Any info would be great, thanks!
