Rifle Scopes Queston about the Bushnell 4200 Tac Mil/Mil

I have an aquantince that is looking at

All the reviews I found talk about the MOA adjustable version and how it only has 50 MOA adjustment (not enough) Does any one know how many mils of elevation this scope has. If its on par with the MOA scope, I sure hope I can talk him out of it.
