Quick Q About Surgeon 591 and Timney 510

I know the 591 has the side bolt release, so does getting the Timney 510 with the safety and bolt release matter, or is there a different model I should be looking at?

I have the timney 510 trigger, its not that big of a deal, there is a small screw holding the bolt release to the trigger housing on the outside, you can simply undo that screw and remove the bolt release.
