Quick Question about PRS

So, I'm looking into shooting an upcoming Regional match near me. When I go to the PRS website, there's no link to register. Link is there for the Pro Series, though (different date). Am I doing something wrong? It's a "Club Match", would that make a difference?
*Edit* This would be my first match ever, so I kind of don't know what I'm doing

Email or call the match director and talk with him/her. You also don’t need a PRS membership to shoot any PRS matches, club or national level.

It's possible registration isn't open yet. The one I registered for open a month in advance but before that I didn't know why cuz im knew too. I emailed the match director and he straightened me out
