I am sure deliberately splashing bodily fluids onto someone is classified as assault in many places. Who knows what the fuck kind of disease causing agents are in piss, spit, shit, or anything else?
I mentioned this some time ago too but if I ever get spat on or splashed with fluids of that manner, I would accept the legal consequences for curbstomping the motherfucker. There is no way I am going to spend the next 6 months to a year of my life worrying about when my blood samples will show up positive for some pathogen, without doing something about it first.
