R23 in 30-06?

Has anybody tried r23 in a 30-06 using 180 SMK?

I've used it but with a 210 smk, I came to the same charge as 22 which was nice. They are reportedly not the same but some people have arrived at the same charge as 22 like I did.

Has anybody tried r23 in a 30-06 using 180 SMK?

Sierra book says go somewhere between 51 and 58.9 of Reloder 22 with that bullet.

So, there's that as a general guideline. I know R23 is essentially temp stable R22.

I don't load 30/06 with it but use it for 6.5/06 and love it.
I would not hesitate to use it in 30/06 at all.
