Baltimore Ravens outclass the majority of NFL by doing the right thing. First time in a long time that I can say a NFL team put morals over their team's well being. Hats off to the Raven's organization.

The Ravens are chicken shit, they only released him because the video came out. She was unconscious in the partial video that came out... How do they think she got that way? Just look at the out pouring of "Ray's a good guy, he made a mistake, our organization and the city of Baltimore stand behind him" shit in support of this guy right after the incident and now they won't tolerate Rice all of a sudden?! They're trying to save face. They already got lucky once rolling the dice with Lewis. Now, they gotta send Rice up the creek.

Its the DA from where Rice was charged who is chickenshit. He got a walk from the charges with a misdemeanor conviction.

Yes, the DA dropped the ball but the Ravens as an organization stood behind Rice's side of the story and the NFL only gave him 2 fuckin games in which would span a total of 5 days the way their schedule plays out. The dragging out of an unconscious woman by their star RB didn't prompt them to do shit besides throw out a ton of support. Then the video comes out of him hitting her twice...and what changed for the organization in a matter of a few hours?
They knew they were going to be drug through the fire and had to do something quick or face the wrath of supporting a woman beater.
Now, the NFL has a 6 game suspension and a second offense is a ban!? Too little too late. But, the guy from San Fran got to play on Sunday after being arrested for smacking his ol lady... Where I work, once you're under investigation you are on paid leave till everything is gone over and the truth determined. The NFL shows $$ trumps all else... Except maybe bad publicity.

Right about the NFL trying to avoid further bad publicity. Like the late night show pundits who were continually joking last year that the NFL couldn't go to England to put on an exhibition game.
Because there wasn't a NFL team with enough players without felony convictions to get into England, to put on a game!

I'm not saying that the Ravens Organization are saints but.....To use the Steelers as an example. Seems to me that a lot of Teams, like the Steelers, would have had some BS press conference stating that the punishment had already been laid down and that they couldn't do anything else. Again, in the grand scheme of things not a tremendous show of class but for an NFL team they're doing alright.
She's probably not into the beatings but she most definitely is into the money and lifestyle surrounding an NFL football player. Why else would anyone stay with a thug like him?
Regarding the DA and police dropping the ball, seems like something similar to this happened in Tallahassee, FL last Fall.......
I would just like to add that Ray Rice is a pussy. Hitting a women is uncalled for anyone let alone a man of that size and physical breed. I'll bet donuts to dollars if some MMA heavyweight spit in his face he would have wore it like the real pussy he is.
