Re-purposing actions.

I'm attempting to use a ruger american action off of a 450 bushmaster to build a 6.8 western is this possible, will the bolt work?

450bm should have a rim diameter if .473, standard sized
6.8 seater should have a rim diameter of .535, magnum sized.

The bolt won’t allow for both chamberings, only the standard sized ones with your .473 bolt.
