I have been googling and browsing here, but what would a good inexpensive rear peep sight be for my Savage/ Anschutz Mark 12?

I see that I can spend $30 or $300. Just looking for something for fun, not olympic competition, so less expensive recommendations would be great.

Any opinions on the Williams WGRS-54?

Re: rear peep sight

I would go with the Williams or a Lyman sight on a budget. Personally I lean towards the Lyman 90 MJT. What I really want is one of those ~$200 units from REG Tooling so I can adjust the iris and have faith that the adjustments are repeatable. I read of problems with repeatability on the less expensive designs. Not to mention you don't get as much mechanical adjustment for really reaching out there. Nothing a decent ladder sight cannot aid I suppose.
