New York man attacked by MS-13, who was set to testify against them, found dead
A New York man willing to testify against MS-13 members who attacked him in 2018 was found dead earlier this week after his identity was disclosed to the defendants’ attorneys in pre-trial proceedings, police say.

As of January 1st, New York states requires that information including the names and addresses of victims and witnesses of crimes like robbery, rape, murder and kidnapping have to be turned over the their killers, rapists or robbers so that the felons can properly "investigate" them before their trial.
The communist/socialist/democrat left feel that this makes it "fair" if members of organized crime or criminal gangs from various 3rd world countries who operate freely and with the tacit support of all elected Democrat party members in New York state have access to their victims and witnesses before their trials.
And on that note, all of the witnesses to this MS-13 trial were murdered within three weeks of their lawyers providing them with the names, addresses and contact information as required by the leftist judge.
Keep voting for the deranged left and they will keep destroying America.
