Recce type build unsure of rail length

I have everything but the rail for my build. It will be Larue billet upper and lowers, gisselle ssa-e, WOA 16" match with PWS brake. B5 sopmod painted brownells alumahyde coyote to match magpul FDE. BCM gunfighter charging handle and bolt (WOA headspaced to bbl).

Now for the rail..I'm undecided between the 12.0, and the 13.1 Larue handguards.

Which would you choose? Anyone have pics of either??

Ready to get this put together!! This will be the last AR for awhile

12" rail will cover a good chunk of the barrel. I doubt you would need more rail than that. Hell, IMHO a 10"-12" would be the most ideal for that type of build.

Here's a Troy 13" TRX rail on a 16" barrel with a Surefire overlap muzzle brake.

If I were to blow more than 200 on a rail system it would be daniel defense. Otherwise troy or midwest.

the new centurion arms rails are nice too, otherwise i'd use Daniel defense or SWS
